Programme Management Consultancy
Velius Group provides bespoke consultancy services to defence and intelligence agencies. We have supported the development and integration of National Defence Strategy, Defence Industrial Strategy, Defence procurement advisory services plus the establishment, manning and support of Integrated Programme Teams who are responsible for the delivery of high value, complex, multi-service programmes.
Strategy Consulting
We have supported the regional defence and security sector developing and delivering a number of military Concept of Operations (ConOps), Concept of Employment (ConEmp) and Concept of Use (ConUse) documents which are designed to deal with existing and emerging threats. Additionally, we have provided training and mitigation strategies, developed and delivered Military capability gap analysis and worked with Governments to create National Strategy.
Training
Velius Group has within the team extensive training experience and knowledge supported and delivered by a variety of relevant experts and trainers. We aim to not only furnish trainees with new knowledge, but also rapidly develop their research, teamwork, leadership and communications skills in order to achieve genuine understanding of the field into which they will emerge.
